What we store

What we use it for

Only to run the service: sign-in, your strategies, daily limits, and the weekly email about your live strategies, which you can turn off. We don't sell data. The website has no ads and no tracking cookies: the only cookie keeps you signed in and remembers your language.

Ads in the iPhone app

The iPhone app shows a banner ad to users who don't subscribe to Tickback without ads. The ads come from Google AdMob.

Before showing ads, the app asks for your consent (Google's consent form, required in the EEA) and whether it may track you (Apple's prompt). If you allow tracking, Google may use your phone's advertising identifier to show ads based on your interests; if not, the ads aren't personalised.

To show and measure the ads, Google receives data from your phone: identifiers, IP address and approximate location, which ads you see and tap, and diagnostics. Google processes it under its own privacy policy. How Google uses information from apps that use its services

Change your choices at any time under Account > Privacy choices for ads in the app, and tracking under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on the iPhone.

The ad-free subscription

Tickback without ads is a subscription bought through Apple, which handles payment and billing: we never see your card details. The app asks Apple on your phone whether the subscription is active; we don't store it on our server.

Cancel it in the iPhone's Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Deleting your Tickback account doesn't cancel the subscription.

Who else processes it

Deleting your data

Delete your account in the app (Account > Delete account) or on the website (account menu > Delete account), and everything tied to it is deleted at once. Shared backtest links keep working without your name.
