Buy the dip
Buy short-term weakness in stocks that are in an uptrend.
How it works
Every week, keep liquid stocks above their 200-day moving average, and buy the ten with the lowest 14-day RSI, the most oversold.
The idea
Short-term moves tend to partly reverse, and buying dips within an uptrend avoids catching falling knives in stocks that are breaking down. Weekly trading makes costs matter more.
